How RankSage uses your Google data
RankSage asks only for the access its features need, uses that data for those features and nothing else, and lets you disconnect at any time.
Read reviews, publish your replies
When you connect your Business Profile, RankSage uses this access to:
- List the business locations you manage, so you can choose which to connect.
- Read incoming customer reviews (rating, text, reviewer display name) for those locations.
- Publish or update the owner reply on a review — the reply you approved, or one posted under rules you configured.
RankSage does not change your business information — it only manages review replies.
Invite customers you choose — read-only
Only when you start a review invitation and choose to import from Google Contacts, RankSage uses this access to:
- Show you your contact list so you can select recipients.
- Save only the contacts you select (name, email or phone) to send the invitation you review before it goes out.
Access is read-only: RankSage can never modify or delete your contacts, and never shares or sells them.
